Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay there. Was recommended a lical near by Taverna Palliett highly recomended. Down side the site says parking, this is on the roads with fees to pay at certain rimes.

Summary: Hotel Carmin is a very basic, small hotel within walking distance of city centre and beach/marina areas. The service was friendly & pleasant, if somewhat limited due to language difficulties. My room (#36) on the top floor was very small, but comfortable and clean, with all amenities is good working order. The buffet breakfast matched the hotel; very small, but tasteful & sufficient. Overall, this was a nice hotel for the price range that I would recommend for other travellers on small budgets.

Summary: The hotel was perfectly located for everything: the ferry port, the beach, the main sights. We walked everywhere. The staff were very friendly and quite funny. They lent us info guides and took considerable time to explain how to find things and recommend sights. Breakfast was 'continental' (i.e. nothing was hot) but there was loads of choice and everything was good. The hotel was immaculate and extremely clean and well decorated. It felt new or recently refurbished. There was nothing not to like about this place.
